Note: The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size.Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

Cancellation Policy

- Item cancellation requests received within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Item cancellation requests received within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Item cancellation requests received more than 72 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

1. If you have any problems after got the items, please contact us within 7 working days. We accept return or exchange

2. For seller’s reasons, such as does’t looks like pic, unfinished, overtime, dirty, broken or defects surface, we allow full refund or change a fullly new one for you free

3. For buyers reasons, such as you offered the wrong measurements/chose wrong size or color

We can alter them or exchange a correct size for you free, But you have to pay for the shipping cost of sending back and resend
